Domestic ceramic dewatering components in high-speed paper machine application seminar and Sicer products conference held in Zhejiang Wenling

“Domestic ceramic dewatering components in high-speed paper machine application seminar and Sicer products conference”, organized by China Technical Association of Paper Industry and Shandong Guiyuan Advanced Ceramics Co., Ltd, supported by Taizhou Forest Paper Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Qingliang Industy Co., Ltd were held successfully on 14 April 2017 in Wenling Zhejiang province. Cao Zhenlei, Vice Chairman of China Technical Association of Paper Industry and Hu Nan, Honorary President of Association attended the meeting and delivered a speech. This meeting aimed to adhere innovative and sustainable development models, provide better quality of products and enhance the interaction between enterprises.
Mr.Yin Shujian, President of Sicer, gave a welcome speech.Then Mr. Cao introduced the current situation of paper making industry. Mr. Hu emphasized that the domestic products should be widely promoted. Mr. Liang reported the design, product development and the application case of Sicer products in detail. At the end of the meeting, all the participates witnessed Shanghai Qingliang and Sicer THUANAN Paper service trading joint stock company 5400/800 three plys fourdrinier packing paper machine dewatering elements project signing ceremony. At afternoon, all the participates visited the Taizhou Forest Paper 5200/800 production line.
The 5200 paper machine project of dewatering components designed by Sicer for three layers of wire for Taizhou Forest Paper Co., Ltd. is an important milestone for our entering the field of high speed paper machine. The max working speed is up to 921 m/ min, and successfully break the foreign monopoly of dewatering components in the field of Chinese high speed paper machine. As a result, its daily output exceeded 1000 tons, and the service life of forming wire up to 125 days, as much 38.9% costs saved than foreign brands of similar projects, achieved a rather remarkable saving effect. The alternative of the imported products also bring considerable economic and social benefits.
